To be named a Top Producing Agent or Team in one of Crye-Leike’s nine-state regions, individual(s) must have earned the highest sales volume, or had the highest number of real estate transactions, for that year.

Executive Broker Nedra Plumlee has been named the Top Producing Agent for the Central Arkansas Region, a title she has held for many consecutive years. Plumlee is affiliated with Crye-Leike’s Hot Springs branch office and is a member of the National Association of REALTORS® (NAR), the Arkansas REALTORS® Association (ARA) and the Hot Springs Board of REALTORS®. A contributor to the real estate industry for over 30 years, Plumlee has earned the Hot Springs Board of REALTORS® Lifetime Achievement award and the Triple Diamond award in 2017, 2018 and 2020. She has also received the Crye-Leike Circle of Excellence award, the highest achievement one can earn at Crye-Leike. Plumlee looks forward to 2021 and continuing to help her clients to the best of her ability.

Making up the Top Producing Team for the Central Arkansas region are Executive Brokers Scott and Sherry Smith of Crye-Leike’s Hot Springs branch office. This husband and wife duo has over 40 years of real estate experience, specializing in residential, relocation, new home construction, first-time homebuyers, lake property and second homes. Both Scott and Sherry Smith are members of the National Association of REALTORS® (NAR), Arkansas REALTORS® Association (ARA) and the Hot Springs Board of REALTORS ® (HSBOR), with Mr. Smith holding numerous leadership positions within each association. Most notably, Mr. Smith served as president for the HSBOR and earned the association’s Lifetime Achievement Award.
