Realtor April Wiseman Joins Crye-Leike West Knoxville

Knoxville, TN: Crye-Leike Real Estate Services announces that April Wiseman is now affiliated with Crye-Leike’s West Knoxville branch office as a licensed Realtor. Wiseman will serve the residential real estate needs of buyers and sellers throughout Knox, Anderson and surrounding counties.

Wiseman, new to the real estate industry, has spent the last 10 years working in healthcare as a radiologic technologist. Working with the public has allowed Wiseman to develop a great deal of patience and understanding of client needs. In search of a career change, Wiseman felt that her passion and willingness for helping others would translate well in the real estate industry.

“My goal is to build relationships with clients so they feel comfortable entrusting me to find their dream home,” said Wiseman. “I want clients to know that I will treat them like family and work as hard for them as I do for myself.”

Although Wiseman is a new Realtor, she does have familiarity with the Knoxville real estate market due to flipping houses for the last three years. Now, Wiseman is hoping that she will be able to help investors find the best value in local properties throughout the surrounding communities.
