Prior to joining the real estate industry five years ago, Gouge-Williams worked in the insurance industry for 17 years, where she developed valuable skills in negotiating, communication and listening. Her background in complex transactions and working with contracts has certainly been beneficial to her clients during her time in real estate.
Gouge-Williams represents buyers and sellers throughout Middle Tennessee and focuses on educating clients about local markets. Having sold several large parcels of land, she additionally understands plat maps and surveys, and she is knowledgeable in septic issues.
