Crye-Leike Agents Prove to be ‘America’s Best’

Memphis, TN: Crye-Leike Real Estate Services announces that 26 individual agents and 10 agent teams have been ranked on the list of 2018 America’s Best Real Estate Professionals. The list is published annually by Real Trends, a trusted source of news, analysis and information on the residential brokerage industry since 1987.

According to Real Trends, more than 12,500 real estate professionals from every state in the Unites States are featured on the list. The Crye-Leike agents that made this year’s list are located throughout Alabama, Arkansas, Mississippi and Tennessee, with many ranking twice: once on the list for closed transaction sides, and again on the list for sales volume. There are also Crye-Leike agents who ranked within the top three for their state, which is a prestigious accomplishment.

“We are proud of our growing number of Crye-Leike sales associates and agent teams who are being recognized among the top residential real estate agents in America,” said Crye-Leike Co-Owner Harold Crye. “Their ranking represents the time and effort that they put into each client that they serve and how much work it takes to build a successful real estate career. The level of sales it takes for these Crye-Leike sales associates to qualify makes this ranking a truly special recognition for them.”

To qualify for the America’s Best list, an individual must have closed 50 transaction sides or $20 million in closed sales volume for the prior year, and teams must have closed 75 transaction sides or $30 million in closed sales volume for the prior year.
