O’Neal specializes in residential, first-time homebuyer, relocation and new home construction real estate services in Montgomery, Garland and Hot Springs counties.

O’Neal is a member of the National Association of REALTORS® (NAR), the Arkansas REALTORS® Association (ARA) and the Hot Springs Board of REALTORS®. O’Neal has been in the real estate industry for 17 years and has lived in Hot Springs for 33 years. During this time, O’Neal has chaired several charity fund raising events for Garland County, served on committees for local and state boards and participated in the Chamber of Commerce Leadership Hot Springs.
