Demetria Szellan Earns Certified Relocation Professional Designation
Brentwood, TN: Crye-Leike Real Estate Services congratulates Nashville Relocation Director Demetria K. Szellan for recently earning the Certified Relocation Professional (CRP) designation.
Adding this designation to her title, now recognizes her as a corporate mobility professional that demonstrates a comprehensive knowledge of the principles and practices of U.S. employee relocations across all faces of the industry, and acknowledges her dedication to continuing education in this specialized field. In order to obtain this designation, Szellan had to pass an exam that covers the entire relocation industry, including policy development and administration, home sale programs, U.S. tax and legal compliance issues, relocation appraising and trends in relocation.

I am very proud to be a part of this community,” said Szellan. “I’m always striving to elevate the level of service I provide to my clients and colleagues; I believe it is imperative to continue to purse my professional development. Earning my CRP designation is another step forward on my professional journey.”
Szellan has worked in the real estate industry for over eight years as both a realtor and in corporate relocation earning several designations to include Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR), Global Relocation Professional (GRP), and Pricing Strategy Advisor (PSA). She is a member of the Greater Nashville Realtors and the Williamson County Association of Realtors.
