Crye-Leike Realtors Participate in Tennessee’s First Luxury Home Marketing Training
Brentwood, TN: Crye-Leike Real Estate Services is proud to recognize the following sales associates: Joyce Friedman, Carole Ann McCormick, Denise Palazzolo, Andre Bugg, Cheryl Ballesteros, and Lorie Layman of Crye-Leike's Brentwood branch location for their recent completion of Tennessee's first Luxury Home Marketing training provided by the Institute for Luxury Home Marketing.
The training is provided to licensed real estate agents and members of the National Association of Realtors, The Canadian Real Estate Association, or other International Consortium of Real Estate Associations. Upon completion of the two day class, sales associates become official Institute Members giving them access to exclusive resources and benefits that they may use to successfully market their luxury residential listings. As a luxury residential market professional, sales associates are now considered to be skilled experts in supporting the unique needs of affluent buyers and sellers of high-end properties.
"The training given to all of us during our two day course provided valuable insight into the market of luxury properties," said Lorie Layman, Sales Manager of Crye-Leike Brentwood. "We were introduced to new marketing techniques and now have a better understanding of the unique needs of high net worth individuals when it comes to listing and selling luxury estates."
