New Top Producer Meetings Encourage Industry Leaders to Share Tips of Success

Memphis, TN: In relation to the familiar saying of "sharing is caring" Crye-Leike Real Estate Services, the nation’s fifth largest privately-held residential real estate firm and the largest in the Mid-South, is taking the initiative this year to tap into the best minds in real estate with their new "Top Producer Sales Meetings." This sharing initiative is designed to provide Crye-Leike’s Top Producers and Teams a platform to share their wealth of knowledge and tips for success to teach and influence other Crye-Leike sales associates so that they may gain further insight to help advance their own real estate careers.

Meetings will begin in April and will run through the end of 2018, where selected Crye-Leike leading agents will circulate throughout Crye-Leike’s Memphis and North Mississippi office locations. Top Producers will visit each of the 16 locations and hold meetings of 3-10 minute segments each, sharing their best practices and life balance techniques to Crye-Leike sales associate and other invitation only attendees. Each meeting will provide a valuable Q and A at the end of each session. Top producer sales meetings are expected to move forward every year as an opportunity for Crye-Leike’s sales associates to take advantage of the wealth of knowledge these industry leaders can provide.

Crye Leike College teaches agents new to the business over several months.
