Crye-Leike Realtors Team Up to Help Keep Children Warm Through the Winter
Hendersonville, TN : For the fifth year in a row, Crye-Leike REALTORS® and staff from the Hendersonville branch located at 383 Johnny Cash Parkway, teamed up to collect new and gently used coats for Sumner County students in need for their annual coat drive.
The last few months the team worked vigorously to gather a large collection of coats that would help ensure that no child is left cold this winter. In total, there were 66 coats collected and each coat will be given to a well deserving student who may not have a warm coat this year. Signature Cleaners located at 104 Glen Oak Blvd donated their dry cleaning services to clean each coat prior to the donation to the schools.
“We are so thankful that we have such a caring team of people that are willing to step up and contribute to make the holidays a little brighter for the children in our community,” said Faye Sesler, REALTOR® at Crye-Leike Hendersonville. “We came up with the idea five years ago and we don’t intend on stopping. No child deserves to be left without a warm coat.”
Their annual coat drive is just one of many other charity efforts the team participates in. Each year they contribute to Stuffing the Bus, Youth Village, Second Harvest Food Drive, Meals on Wheels, and the United Way of Sumner County.
“I am so impressed with the generosity of the Hendersonville branch, giving back to the community has always been important to me and a part of Crye-Leike’s core values to be a good neighbor,” said Harold Crye, CEO and Co-found for Crye-Leike Real Estate Services.
