Crye-Leike’s Tim Brewer Named Managing Broker
Tim Brewer named Principal and Managing Broker of Crye-Leike's Hendersonville Branch Office.

Tim Brewer of Crye-Leike, Realtors has been named principal & managing broker of its Hendersonville branch office, announced Chief Executive Officer Harold E. Crye.

Brewer, a Hendersonville resident, will be responsible for managing and recruiting a sales force in his office that lists and sells residential and commercial real estate in Middle Tennessee. The office, located at 383 Johnny Cash Parkway, generated a sales volume of $62.37 million in 2015, representing 313.5 transaction sides.

In addition to his new administrative role, Brewer will continue to list, sell, develop and lease residential and commercial real estate in and around Middle Tennessee. As a master auctioneer and principal auctioneer in Middle Tennessee with the company, he also provides auction services for all types of real estate.

Brewer is no stranger to Crye-Leike and this Hendersonville branch office. He became affiliated with this office two years after the office first opened its doors in November 1992. Jan Page, who served as the office’s first and only principal and managing broker since its establishment, will be succeeded by Brewer. Page has stepped down from this management role after 24 years to solely focus her efforts on real estate sales.

“With over 25 years of successful and extensive sales in real estate, Tim will serve as a knowledgeable and practicing mentor to the sales associates in his office,” said Crye.

Since 1991, Brewer has attained a cumulative sales track record that has exceeded a residential sales volume of more than $32.75 million, a commercial sales volume of more than $29 million, and a real estate auction sales volume of more than $28 million for over 530 closed transactions.

His success in selling real estate has led to several significant sales awards, including Crye-Leike’s distinguished Circle of Excellence Award for attaining the highest level of professional development.  This company designation, which Crye calls “the best of the best,” acknowledged Brewer’s exemplary performance in closed gross sales volume, recognized his professionalism, ethics, loyalty, financial success and customer service, and earned him the honorary title as vice president of Crye-Leike.

His other sales achievements include being recognized as a member of Crye-Leike’s Multi-Million Dollar Club as well as becoming a Lifetime Awards of Excellence recipient by the Sumner Association of REALTORS, both earned for attaining exemplary sales performance records in excess of $2 million annually over a consecutive five-year period, while maintaining a strict code of ethics and professionalism.

He has attained numerous REALTOR designations to benefit his clients and agents, including becoming a certified residential specialist (CRS), a nationally recognized professional designation that is the highest credential awarded to REALTORS in the residential sales field. Out of more than 1 million REALTORS, less than 3 percent nationwide have earned this distinction. He also is a graduate of the REALTOR® Institute (GRI), signifying in-depth training in legal and regulatory issues, technology, professional standards, and the sales process. As a senior real estate specialist (SRES), he serves the real estate needs of the fastest growing segment in real estate, clients at age 50+.

As a master auctioneer, Brewer is a member of the National Auctioneer’s Association and the Tennessee Auctioneer’s Association. As a REALTOR, he holds memberships in the National Association of REALTORS and the Tennessee Association of REALTORS.  As a member of the Sumner Association of REALTORS, he has been involved in leadership positions, including past president (2006) and a member of its board of directors as well as served on its Governmental Affairs, Professional Ethics and Members Services committees.

“I believe my real estate sales track record, coupled with my past experiences in insurance sales and music entertainment management, will be very beneficial to the agents in my office,” said Brewer. “I look forward to helping others be successful.”
