Young Real Estate Merges with Crye-Leike, REALTORS

Malvern, AR. – Young Real Estate, a family owned business since 1908, is joining Crye-Leike, REALTORS. The merger will take place on February 2.


For 26 years, Tom Young has been the Principle Broker of Young Real Estate, the company his grandfather started. With his wife Judy, they have over sixty years experience in real estate.

Tom has been involved with the business, governance and life of Malvern for 46 years. Tom has served as director of First Federal Savings and Loan of Malvern from 1969 to 1975; served as director of The Bank of Malvern from 1975 to 1989; Alderman of the City of Malvern from 2002 to 2008; chairman of the finance committee; Co-owned and operated Young Insurance & Investment Corp.; Past President of the Malvern Board of Realtors; Elder of the First Presbyterian Church of Malvern; member of the Malvern/Hot Spring County Chamber of Commerce.
