Leap of Faith Guides Realtor Ryan Parker To Join Crye-Leike?s Benton, AR Branch

Benton, AR., – Realtor Ryan Parker says he lets his faith in God navigate all of the paths he takes in life, and he is now glad that his faith guided him into making the decision to move to a different real estate company.

Although Ryan had been praying for months that God would show him how to improve his career and create the best income for his family, he had not thought about changing real estate companies.

“Changing real estate companies wasn’t even a consideration to me because I was comfortable where I was,” said Ryan. “One day out of the blue I received a call from Crye-Leike’s Benton office trying to convince me how great Crye-Leike is to work for. After some prayer, I decided to meet with Crye-Leike Benton Managing Broker Karen Crowson, and I was happy with that decision from the beginning of the interview. The first thing out of her mouth was how important her faith was to her and that her business was built on faith and bathed in prayer.”

Ryan says he’s glad he took a leap of faith and began a new chapter in his real estate career by recently joining Crye-Leike’s Benton, Arkansas branch office.

“Everyone at Crye-Leike has been extremely friendly, supportive and willing to help me learn the ropes of my new office,” said Ryan. “Several people have found out that I work for Crye-Leike and that impresses them and inspires them to want me to be their Realtor. My move to Crye-Leike has already helped me grow my business and gain more real estate clients.”

For over a year, Ryan has been a licensed Realtor in Arkansas assisting buyers and sellers in and around Saline and Garland counties and in the Hot Springs area. He specializes in working with residential real estate sales and farm and land. Ryan is a member of the Benton/Bryant Board of Realtors, the Arkansas Realtors Association and the National Association of Realtors.

“My passion is finding someone a house that they can make into the perfect home,” said Ryan. “Since joining Crye-Leike, I’ve worked with several first-time homebuyers. It’s always really rewarding and exciting to see the expressions and hear the excitement in the voices of a buyer when they close on their new home.”

Since 2005, Ryan has also helped his father manage the family business called Parker Land & Timber Co. in Malvern, Arkansas. He has worked in the forestry industry for 14 years. Ryan previously worked for the U.S. Forest Service as a timber sale preparation technician for 6 years.

“I originally decided to pursue a career as a Realtor to supplement my income from working in the struggling timber industry,” said Ryan. “I always trust that God will guide me and put me where I should be. I believe Crye-Leike is definitely where I need to be to grow my business and help many more sellers and buyers become happy homeowners.”
