Crye-Leike DeLozier Realty Welcomes Realtor Andrew Poe To Its Team

Maryville, TN., – After many years spent working in restaurant management and food sales, new Realtor Andrew Poe feels his customer service skills will lead him to a successful career in the real estate industry.

Andrew recently earned his real estate license and joined the Crye-Leike DeLozier Realty franchise office in Maryville, Tennessee.

“Real estate has always fascinated me since I was young,” said Andrew. “I watched my father and his business partner flip many houses and also manage properties. I’ve now been inspired to follow in their footsteps and work in the real estate industry. I love any occupation where I can get out and experience new adventures, talk to people and help them achieve their goals by listening to their specific needs.”

Andrew is a licensed Realtor in Tennessee assisting buyers and sellers in and around Campbell, Blount, Knox, Anderson, Loudon and Monroe counties. He specializes in working with residential real estate sales, first-time homebuyers, relocation, land and condominiums. Andrew is a member of the Knoxville Association of Realtors and the National Association of Realtors.

Prior to his career in real estate sales, Andrew worked for 7 years in food sales selling products to restaurants, bars, convenience stores, nursing homes, daycares and other businesses. He worked for Institutional Jobbers which is now Reinhardt Foodservice.

Andrew also spent many years working in restaurant management for The Chop House, Grady’s and J. Alexander’s restaurants. He also assisted in developing Cru Bistro and Wine Bar which has two Knoxville locations.

“Working in the food service business buying and selling products and managing several upscale restaurants has helped me develop the personal and customer relations skills needed to become a successful Realtor,” said Andrew. “My years of working in hospitality has helped me understand the importance of developing long-lasting and trusting relationships with my customers so they’ll be repeat clients and refer me to their friends. Establishing these kinds of relationships has always been my goal and will continue to be my priority when working with home buyers and sellers.”

Andrew adds, “When someone thinks about real estate, I want to be the one they call for help because I did such a great job of previously helping them or one of their friends achieve all of their real estate dreams.”

Andrew lives in Knoxville, Tennessee where he is a member of the Knoxville Professional Leadership Committee and Fountain City United Methodist Church.
