Knoxville Realtor Earns 2 Continuing Education Certifications To Better Serve Clients

Knoxville, TN., – After working with real estate buyers and sellers for the last four years, Knoxville Realtor Mary Coffey knows the importance of keeping her real estate education and knowledge of the market up-to-date.

Mary recently completed all of the training and coursework required to earn two professional real estate certifications to better serve all of her home buyers and sellers.

“It’s important for Realtors to take continuing education courses to stay knowledgeable about current real estate market conditions and procedures,” said Mary. “Earning additional real estate certifications gives Realtors extra education to help clients navigate through and make the best choices about one of the biggest financial transactions they’ll ever make when buying or selling their home.”

Mary earned her real estate certification as an Accredited Buyer Representative by completing a comprehensive course in buyer representation which will allow her to better serve and protect potential home buyers. She also earned certification as an e-Pro Internet Marketing Specialist which has provided her with technology training that will help her market her clients’ properties online to ensure their listed home for sale gets seen by more potential buyers.

“I’m excited to have earned these certifications that will benefit both me and my clients in a variety of ways,” said Mary. “By earning these designations, I’ve also earned a larger network of agents to communicate with and give and get advice from since we have the same educational background. I believe you can never have too much knowledge or too many colleagues to benefit your business.”

Mary adds, “Instead of driving around neighborhoods, most people drive their mouse around the internet to start their search for a home these days. With the technology tools and knowledge I’ve gained by earning these designations, I feel better equipped to help sellers market their home online including social media sites, and I feel more confident to help buyers find that perfect place to call home.”

As a licensed Realtor in Tennessee, Mary assists buyers and sellers in and around Knox, Jefferson, Anderson, Union and Sevier Counties. She specializes in working with residential real estate sales, first-time homebuyers, and relocation.

Mary is based out of Crye-Leike’s West Knoxville branch office. She lives in Strawberry Plains, Tennessee and is a member of the Knoxville Chamber of Commerce and the National Association of Realtors.
