Heber Springs, Arkansas Realtor Dardee Broadbent Earns GRI Certification

Heber Springs, AR., – After 10 years of helping hundreds of home buyers and sellers with all of their real estate needs, Realtor Dardee Broadbent knows the importance of keeping her knowledge of the market current and up-to-date in order to better serve her clients.

Dardee recently completed all of the training and 90 hours of classroom instruction to earn her professional real estate designation as a Graduate Realtor Institute (GRI).

“Buying or selling a property can be very stressful and real estate transactions have become increasingly complex,” said Dardee. “By earning my GRI designation, I have gained in-depth knowledge on several real estate topics including legal issues, technology, complex sales and professional industry standards. I now feel like I’m better equipped to help my clients navigate through their real estate transactions to make the best decisions about one of the biggest financial decisions they will ever make when choosing to buy or sell a home.”

Realtors with the GRI designation receive training and advice on several real estate topics to better serve and protect their clients. The GRI training program provides real estate agents with a specialized education that helps them to advise and assist their clients with contracts and negotiation, finance options, marketing, laws and ethics and everything that’s involved with successfully buying or selling a home.

“I want my clients to trust my ability to do my job and do it well,” said Dardee.  “By obtaining the GRI designation, I believe I am showing my clients that I have made a commitment to provide a high level of professionalism by securing a strong educational foundation. Continuing education is essential for Realtors to keep current on the local market, and I plan to earn more designations in the near future.”
