Crye-Leike Congratulates Nancy Guy On Earning Certification As A Premier Properties Specialist

Memphis, TN – After 36 years of assisting hundreds of home buyers and sellers with their real estate needs, Realtor Nancy Guy knows the importance of continuing education to maintain her knowledge of the current market in the ever changing world of Real Estate.


In order to remain current on the local market, Nancy believes in the power of participating in real estate, continuing education classes to best serve her clients.  This extra education has led Nancy to achieving many great accomplishments including serving as President of the Tennessee Real Estate Educational Foundation as well as previously being voted by her peers as ?Realtor Associate of the Year’ for the Memphis Area Association of Realtors.


Nancy recently completed the required training to earn her professional real estate designation as a Certified Premier Property Specialist (CPPS).  Also to earn this designation awarded by Crye-Leike, Nancy met other required standards including successfully marketing numerous high-end properties and qualifying for the company’s lifetime multi-million dollar sales club.


“I feel extremely honored to have earned the necessary requirements to be a Certified Premier Properties Specialist,” said Nancy.  “Having earned several other real estate designations in the past, the additional training has proven successful in helping me offer the best service to my real estate buyers and sellers.”


Nancy adds, “The real estate market is continually evolving, and continuing education is critical for all real estate professionals.  Through the knowledge gained, this helps me assist my clients in making the best decisions  regarding one of the largest financial decisions they’ll ever make in their lives when they are choosing to buy or sell their home.”


This newest designation as a Certified Premier Property Specialist compliments Nancy’s prior designations she has achieved. Nancy has also earned the titles as a Certified Residential Specialist, Accredited Buyers Representative, Senior Real Estate Specialist, Certified Relocation Associate, as well as being a Vice President of Crye-Leike Realtors.


Nancy is a licensed Realtor in Tennessee and Mississippi assisting buyers and sellers in and around Fayette, Desoto, and Shelby counties.  She specializes in working with residential real estate sales, investment properties, first-time homebuyers, relocation, new home construction, land, condominiums and luxurious high-end homes.


Consistently serving on several boards and committees, Nancy is an active member of the Memphis Area Association of Realtors, the Tennessee Association of Realtors, the Northwest Mississippi Association of Realtors and the National Association of Realtors.  Nancy has also served as the president of the Tennessee Real Estate Education Foundation and as president for the Certified Residential Specialists for Memphis as well as for the state of Tennessee.
