Realtor Ian O’Shea Is Excited About The Future As Crye-Leike’s New Managing Broker In Ft. Oglethorpe

Ft. Oglethorpe, GA., – After 23 years of helping home buyers and sellers find that perfect place to call home, Realtor Ian O’Shea has all of the necessary experience and skills he will need to lead an office of agents to success. Ian was recently appointed as the new Managing Broker of Crye-Leike’s North Georgia Office located in Ft. Oglethorpe.

Since 1989, Ian has been a licensed Realtor. Prior to moving back home to the Greater Chattanooga area, he worked with Garden Lakes Realty Co. from 1989-2010 serving as a Broker and Vice-President of Sales Management. Ian most recently served as an Associate Broker with Prudential Realty from June 2010 to June 2012.

Ian holds a Real Estate Broker’s License in both Tennessee and Georgia. He assists buyers and sellers in and around Catoosa, Walker and Hamilton counties. Ian specializes in all types of residential real estate sales and especially enjoys working with first-time home buyers. He also assists clients with commercial real estate transactions, new home & rehab construction, land development, condominium sales and multi- family investment properties.

 

In order to better serve his clients and keep his knowledge of the market up-to-date, Ian has always been actively involved in many, local real estate boards and committees. He is currently a member of the Georgia Association of Realtors, the Tennessee Association of Realtors, and the National Association of Realtors. Ian is a past State Director for the GAR and a past President for the Greater Rome Board of Realtors.

 

Some of Ian’s top real estate successes include being named ?Sales Person of the Year’ in 1993, 1998, and 2008. He’s also very proud of a ?Recognition Award’ he received from the Rome Area Heritage Foundation for the restoration of a significant historic home built in 1908.

 

Ian and his wife Michelle live in Ringgold, Georgia. He is a member of the Catoosa County Chamber of Commerce, the Ringgold United Methodist Church and the Southern British Car Club of Chattanooga. In his free time, Ian enjoys landscaping, restoring antique cars and playing tennis and golf.
