Broker Bill Nicol Already Feels At Home As A New Agent In Crye-Leike?s Quail Hollow Office
Memphis, TN., – After a long career working in the pharmaceutical industry, Bill Nicol decided it was time to move his profession in a new direction. Bill recently decided to become a licensed real estate agent joining Crye-Leike’s corporate headquarters Quail Hollow office in Memphis.
“Living in Memphis for the last 32 years, I have always had a keen interest in the real estate market, home building, home remodeling and landscaping,” said Bill. “Over the years, this interest has led me and my family to build five homes here in Memphis and Germantown. My commitment to a career in real estate sales is a very natural transition in my professional life.”
Bill is an affiliate broker helping buyers and sellers in and around Shelby and Fayette counties. He specializes in all types of residential real estate sales, and he has his professional real estate designation as an Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR). Bill is a member of the Memphis Area Association of Realtors and the National Association of Realtors.
“Joining Crye-Leike was one of the easiest decisions I have made,” said Bill. “In many ways, the decision was like buying a home because for most of us we know when the house is the right home. It just feels right and you’re excited to be there. A home is where you raise your family and enjoy the company of friends. Working for Crye-Leike feels like home.”
Bill adds, “While real estate is a highly competitive field, the climate at Crye-Leike has been totally supportive. Working in this climate has helped me get off to a fast start and, most importantly, the environment at Crye-Leike has allowed me to keep my focus on meeting clients’ needs and wishes. Even with my short time in the real estate market, I have enjoyed helping my clients’ wishes and dreams come true.”
Bill lives in Memphis with his wife Sallie who has her own interior design business. They have 3 children and two grandchildren. When Bill isn’t busy helping buyers and sellers, he enjoys spending time with his family, working in the yard and watching SEC football, Tiger basketball and baseball.
