Realtor Jamie Seal-Broussard Wins ?Silver Award of Excellence? from the Knoxville Area Association of Realtors
Knoxville, TN., – After six years assisting buyers and sellers with all of their real estate needs, Crye-Leike Agent Jamie Seal-Broussard knows the importance of making sure each and every client gets excellent customer service.
That’s probably the primary reason Jamie has achieved a sales record to be rewarded the ?Silver Award of Excellence’ from the Knoxville Area Association of Realtors for the last four years in a row. Once again in 2012, Jamie received this honor for achieving a high level of selling excellence with over one million dollars in sales volume for the year so far.
“I’m very passionate about helping guide my clients through the entire real estate process, whether buying or selling,” said Jamie. “It’s very gratifying for me to assist clients in navigating through one of the most important decisions they’ll ever make with the purchase or sale of a home. Jamie is a licensed Realtor in Tennessee specializing in residential real estate sales, new home construction and land in Knoxville and the surrounding area. She is an active member of the Knoxville Area Association of Realtors, the Tennessee Association of Realtors, and the National Association of Realtors.
In order to better serve her clients, Jamie believes in the power of continuing education. She has completed all of the course work and requirements to earn her professional real estate designations as an Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR) and as an (e-Pro) Internet Marketing Specialist.
“Communication with my clients and knowledge of the area and all aspects of real estate are crucial in providing outstanding service to buyers and sellers,” said Jamie. “Having lived in many different states including Florida, North Carolina, Texas, Hawaii, California and Tennessee, I am familiar with all aspects of relocation and the importance of helping my clients through this transition.”
Through Jamie’s personal experience of being married to an Owner/General Contractor who builds custom homes including renovations and additions, she provides the advantage of helping her clients by offering suggestions and/or referral recommendations to some of the best designers, carpenters, painters and other home service professionals in the area.
“These services help my sellers enhance their current homes or assist my buyers to envision what a home could become,” Jamie said.
