Goodlettsville, TN., – After 13 years of helping buyers and sellers find the perfect place to call home, Crye-Leike Realtor Gary Rabideau has all of the right experiences and knowledge he will need in his new position as the Managing Broker of the company’s Goodlettsville branch office.


Gary was recently promoted to serve as the office’s Managing Broker, but he has been with Crye-Leike for many years. He was formerly the Managing Broker of Crye-Leike’s Mt. Juliet Office leading a sales force of 60 agents. Gary has been one of Crye-Leike’s top producers for several years and has earned the company’s highest honor the Circle of Excellence award where he was also awarded the honorary title as Vice President.

Gary Rabideau is a licensed Broker in Tennessee assisting buyers and sellers in and around Davison, Sumner, Wilson, Williamson and Rutherford counties. He specializes in all types of residential real estate sales including farm and land, commercial and investment properties, and multi-family properties. Gary is an active member of the Tennessee Association of Realtors, the Eastern Middle Tennessee Association of Realtors and the National Association of Realtors.

Gary lives in Mt. Juliet and is an active member of the Mt. Juliet / Wilson County Chamber of Commerce. In his free time, Gary enjoys serving as the Chairman and Board of Directors for The Arts Alliance of Middle Tennessee, as a band soloist in the Jazz Alliance Big Band and as a member of the Nashville Symphony Chorus.
