Crye-Leike Welcomes Cathy Johnson To Its Green Hills Branch Office

Nashville, TN., – For over 27 years, new Realtor Cathy Johnson and her husband have owned an architectural firm helping hundreds of people achieve their dreams with designs of additions, renovations and custom homes; so Cathy decided it was past time for her to become a licensed agent.

Cathy recently completed all of the requirements to start her career as a real estate sales associate. She decided to join Crye-Leike, REALTORS in its Green Hills branch office and brings years of experience and knowledge to the company.

“My husband and I have helped many people find that perfect place to call home since opening William Johnson Architect in 1985 and it was a natural fit for me to acquire my real estate license,” said Cathy. “I’m excited to now be available to help our clients with all of their residential real estate needs. Whether someone is wishing to find an existing home in their ideal neighborhood or find a lot for a custom residence, I’ll be there ready to help!”

Cathy is a licensed Realtor in Tennessee assisting buyers and sellers in and around Davidson and Williamson counties. She helps clients with all types of residential real estate sales and has a special interest in green building. Cathy is an active member of the Greater Nashville Association of Realtors and the National Association of Realtors.

Along with helping their client’s dreams come true for over two decades now, Cathy and her husband recently completed their dream home in Nashville’s historic Belmont neighborhood. While most of the homes in the district have a rich history that makes them special, Cathy’s home is unique because it’s a platinum level LEED-certified home that features many creative green construction materials and techniques while coexisting in an historical setting.

“Designing people’s dream homes has been our goal and business mission from day one,” said Cathy. “We were lucky enough to build our dream home and recently helped our daughter and her family build a passive solar home on Price Edward Island in Canada. Architecture is a way of life for us and something we enjoying doing very much.”

When Cathy isn’t busy helping her clients, she enjoys sewing, camping, gardening and being outdoors.
