“A Realty Group” Celebrates A Merge And Move To Crye-Leike To Better Serve Clients
Madison, Alabama – After 11 years of helping many dreams of homeownership come true, “A Realty Group” has decided to make a move and merge with Crye-Leike, REALTORS in Madison.
“A Realty Group” Managing Broker and Owner Regina Underwood knows all of the right moves to make to better serve her clients. She’s been assisting real estate buyers and sellers since 1998 and recently decided merging her company with Crye-Leike would be the best move for her, her associates and their clients.
“Crye-Leike offers the tools that we have been looking for to better market our clients’ homes,” said Regina. “The terms and rates Crye-Leike offered to me and to my team of agents were irresistible. We will continue to offer our great clients the same great service which will be enhanced by the new tools Crye-Leike offers to help agents better assist their customers. We are all looking forward to growing and enhancing our business with Crye-Leike.”
Regina Underwood and her team of four agents will be joining Crye-Leike in its Madison branch office. The company is proud to welcome licensed Alabama Realtors Regina Underwood, Lori Carter, Ashley Herron and Valerie Moore to the Crye-Leike team.
“We are certainly excited to have Regina and the A Realty Group agents joining forces with us in Madison,” said Crye-Leike Co-founder and CEO Harold Crye. “They have an obvious track record of success and can’t wait to see what the future holds. The thing that has impressed me most with Regina is her involvement in the community and the Realtor associations. When someone is willing to give up so much time and energy serving others, that’s definitely a person we want representing our company.”
Since 2001, Regina has been a licensed Managing Broker and owner of her own firm. Regina knows the importance of keeping her knowledge of the market current, and to better serve her clients Regina has been an active member of several real estate associations and committees.
Since 2002, she has been a member of the Women’s Council of Realtors and served as the 2008 Local Chapter President in Huntsville where under her leadership the chapter membership doubled and received a Gold level award at the National level. On the local chapter level of the WCR, Regina was named Business Woman of the Year in 2007 and Entrepreneur of the Year in 2009. Regina has served on the state level with the Women’s Council of Realtors for the last four years and is currently the State of Alabama Chapter President where she has an ear and eye out on what is going on over the entire state bringing that information back to share with other Realtors in her local market.
Through her participation in several state and local real estate groups, Regina has learned leadership skills that help her in the positions she holds serving on boards and committees and in her own business also. She is very involved in the business community through her membership with the Huntsville Madison County Chamber of Commerce. Regina has been an ambassador with the chamber since 2005 working in the business community to help and encourage business owners to become more involved in their community. With her community involvement, Regina has gained the networking skills and connections necessary to be successful in the real estate community.
Regina takes great pride in continuing her education to ensure she has all of the knowledge she needs to help buyers and sellers find that perfect place to call home. She has completed all of the necessary course work and requirements to earn her professional real estate designations as an Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR), a Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), a Graduate Realtor Institute (GRI), a Performance Management Network Specialist (PMN) and as a Short Sales and Foreclosure Resource Specialist (SFR).
“Having more time to work with my clients and not have the responsibilities of managing my own firm is going to be great,” said Regina. “Myself and my office of agents believe that experience is not expensive – it’s priceless – and our team offers experience that is full of knowledge too. Each transaction offers a learning experience and if we can continue to learn one new thing from each transaction then we have the skills to make the goals and dreams of our clients come true!”
