He recently joined Crye-Leike’s North Little Rock branch office after previously owning and operating a RE/MAX franchise in Dallas, Texas where he was a multi-million dollar producer selling between 12 and 14 million dollars each year.

David also has a Free iPhone App coming out where consumers can search all Central Arkansas homes for sale while on the go.

 

The App David developed uses Google Maps to easily locate properties and it can also help buyers search for the perfect home by figuring and filtering the prince range and square footage a buyer wants and by calculating mortgage payments on each house. The App also allows buyers to see a description of the home along with all the pictures, lets buyers easily share the photos with their friends on social media sites like Facebook, and it allows buyers to schedule a showing of the home that same day or request more information about the home.

When he’s not busy assisting all of his real estate clients or developing new technologies, David enjoys sand volleyball and golfing in his free time.
