Bill works with his wife Janet, who is also a licensed Realtor, as The Tobey Team helping real estate clients based out of Crye-Leike’s Conway branch office. He recently received one of the company’s highest honors and was inducted into Crye-Leike’s elite Diamond Circle of Excellence Club earning the honorary title as Vice President.


Bill received this award based on his outstanding career successes including continuously ranking as a top agent achieving multi-million dollar sales volumes and possessing a willingness to go the extra mile ensuring all of his clients’ needs are fulfilled. He also received the award based on his efforts to advance his education by earning professional real estate designations and for his efforts of giving back to his local community through working with Habitat For Humanity and several real estate committees and boards.


Bill also recently earned his professional real estate designation as a Green Realtor certified by the National Association of Realtors to help educate buyers and sellers on how our actions affect the environment and how some simple changes can save homeowners money while also protecting the environment and saving natural resources. Realtors who earn the designation are better equipped with green real estate concepts, principles, practices and knowledgeable of the benefits of energy efficiency and sustainability in various facets of real estate. As a licensed Realtor in Arkansas, Bill assists buyers and sellers in and around Faulkner, Perry and Pulaski counties. He specializes in residential real estate sales also assisting clients with their relocation, land, commercial and first-time home buying property needs.
