For Southern Crescent Realtor It?s All About Teamwork

McDonough, GA., – In many ways buying a home is like playing on a team. You have your competing players – made up of the people selling on one side and the people buying on the other. And then there are lots of officials involved? from the closing attorney to the loan officer, property appraiser and home inspector.

If there had to be ONE key member of the team? it would be the coach, otherwise known as the Realtor. Southern Crescent Realtor Bill Piper can totally relate to the role of the Realtor as the Coach.

“For the past 4 years I’ve been happily coaching buyers and investors through the real estate purchase and selling process,” said Piper. “It’s a natural process for me after more than 16 years coaching high school baseball.”

For eight years Piper coached both travel and recreational little league baseball and for the past four years he’s helped with summer and fall coaching at his son Jessie’s team at Our Lady of Mercy High School.

“I love the game and really enjoy sharing my experience and the value of teamwork,” said Piper. “When I’m working with my real estate clients I put many of the same strategies in play to bring both sides together and hopefully have everyone come out a winner.”

Piper recently transferred from Keller Williams Realty to Crye-Leike, REALTORS and the company’s newly opened Southern Crescent sales center in McDonough. He sees a good match with Crye-Leike to the type of real estate business he practices.

“I work with a lot of investors, renters and first-time homebuyers – and Crye-Leike offers property management which is great for my investors,” said Piper. “I feel like I have more to offer my clients than I would at another company.”

Like a new player on the team, Piper says he’s still getting comfortable with the way Crye-Leike does business.  But he says he’s already pleased with his move.

?Everyone I have met is friendly and helpful,” said Piper. “I don’t like to move around much so I’m hoping to stay on the home team here at Crye-Leike for a very long time.”

Piper is based out of the company’s Southern Crescent center in McDonough located at 2124 Jodeco Road. He specializes in all types of real estate sales with a special focus on residential, investment properties and first-time homebuyers.
