Middle Tennessee Realtor Feels At Home In The Country And The City

NASHVILLE, TN., – The job success of every Realtor ultimately comes down to a client packing up and moving.  It’s an event those who’ve been in the business a while have seen hundreds of times over. That’s definitely the case for Middle Tennessee Realtor Dan Thomas Harper.

“I’ve been in the commercial farm and residential real estate business for more than 30 years,” said Harper. “So you could say I’ve helped out with a considerable number of moving experiences. Thankfully, most of them have gone very smoothly.”

This summer it’s Harper who’s making the move. The veteran of home & farm sales is uprooting his real estate business from his home farm outside Sango near Clarksville for ?city living’ in Nashville’s Sylvan Park community.

“I’m building a new authentic family style bungalow home in Sylvan Park near my own residence there,” said Harper. “So I’m transferring to the Crye-Leike Green Hills office so I can manage my real estate business and be closer to the construction project.”

Harper is no stranger to the Nashville community or to Crye-leike.

“I’ve actually lived in Sylvan Park for the past 25 years but had recently based my business out of the Crye-Leike Sango/Clarksville office where I’ve been selling a lot of real estate over the past three decades,” said Harper. “With my own new residential project in the works in Sylvan Park it just makes sense for me to operate my business nearby too.”

Based out of the Crye-Leike Green Hills location, Harper can better juggle the needs of his real estate clients and manage his own residential project.

“I love the country and the farming community life in and around Montgomery County, but the city is where I need to focus most of my attention right now” said Harper. “It’s great to be a part of both worlds and I think that’s what keeps the business so fresh and exciting for me after all these years.”
