From The Outside To The Inside Benton Realtor Gives It Her Best

BENTON, AR., – Making homes as beautiful as they can be has long been a passion for Crye-Leike Benton Realtor Angela Best. Her experience as a Landscape Designer has taught her an attention to detail that can sometimes get overlooked in the business of buying and selling real estate.

“As much as we all want our living spaces inside our homes to bring us great comfort, it’s just as important to make the great outdoors around us enjoyable too,” said Angela. “Backyards in particular are spaces more and more homeowners and home buyers are investing in to get more out of their homes – especially when the weather warms up.”

As the newest member of the sales team at Crye-Leike Benton, Realtor Angela Best sees how her background in landscaping can bring a unique focus to her real estate clients.

“Many people honestly don’t consider landscaping as important of a feature in a home purchase as say the flooring or wall covering,” said Angela. “I would argue the appeal and feel you get from the area surrounding a home – the outside structures, grass, shrubs and trees – is just as important.”

Before joining Crye-leike, Angela was a landscape designer and sales representative for River Valley Horticultural Products in Little Rock. She sold drawings and plant materials, and along the way met many home builders and developers in the real estate business.

“I made a lot of friends who definitely influenced my decision to join them in the real estate industry,” said Angela. “I still have a landscape business – Sunshine Land Design – that I will continue to pursue along with my new residential homes sales business.”

While she’s just stepped onto the ground floor of residential real estate sales, Angela has dedicated most of her life’s work to sales of some sort or another.

“I’ve been in sales for more than 24 years and I know a lot of people,” said Angela “Hopefully that will benefit me well. I feel like I have control of my time and my future and Crye-Leike gives me the opportunity to grow emotionally and financially.”

Angela seems quite happy with the blending of her worlds of landscaping and her future in sales working with home buyers and sellers.

“Crye-Leike is a wonderful company to work for,” said Angela. “I’m very happy with my decision so far.”
