Wilson County Realtor Takes Remodeling Passion To New Heights

MT. JULIET, TN., – Buying a home that needs some work – fixing it up and then reselling it for a profit is an experience enjoyed by many. The excitement of taking on a remodeling project – transforming a ?so-so property’ into a showplace is what first drew Stephanie Bentley to the opportunity of real estate sales as a rewarding livelihood.


“I have always had a passion for purchasing homes and remodeling them for resale,” said Stephanie. “I also enjoy working with people and assisting them in finding their dream home.”


Taking on ?make-over’ projects over the years helped Stephanie understand a lot about real estate and helping people find that perfect new place. But as the housing market began to slow – and prices dropped – the opportunity to make a living at renovation and remodeling became more and more difficult.


To feed her real estate passion – Stephanie recently obtained her real estate license and joined the sales team at Crye-Leike Mt. Juliet. She is based out of the company’s branch sales office located at 1285 North Mt. Juliet Road.

Despite the overall downturn in home sales – the Mt. Juliet area seems to be bucking most of the Middle Tennessee market – as new home sales remain strong.
