Mid-South Realtor Looks To Sell More Homes And Spread More Joy
CORDOVA, TN., – We can all relate to a decision we’ve made in life – one that we look back on and realize – that wasn’t the best choice. Real Estate agent Cheryle Grisham definitely shares that sentiment. She assumed all real estate companies were the same when she began her career and joined a small firm close to home.
“I’ve been a Realtor for four years and when I first got into the business, I took some advice I thought was sound at the time without checking into the facts myself,” said Cheryle. “I didn’t want a long commute to the office and I had a belief that all real estate companies are basically the same. I’ve discovered they are not.”
Four years later, Cheryle is joining the Crye-Leike Cordova branch office. It’s a decision she fully admits, based on her experience, was not a difficult move to make.
“I’m glad to be here,” said Cheryle. “I am on a learning curve with all the marketing tools and technology the company has to offer, which will all come in good time.”
Cheryle is thrilled to be busy too. With one and possibly two clients buying homes with her next month and attracting three new properties for sale – Cheryle is clearly pleased so far with her decision to join Crye-Leike. While she gets plenty of joy from her work, one of her dearest passions is looking after her own family and a special group of youngsters.
“My husband and I have directed a camp for abused children for seven years and for one week in the summer we join a team of enthusiastic people putting smiles on many sad faces,” said Cheryle. “These children are in foster care across the region and being there with them at camp offers them such a reprieve from their struggles, a little more quality of life and brings me great joy.”
Whether it’s supporting these children or the clients she joins on the home buying or selling journey? Cheryle finds her fulfillment and a joy that seems to make everything possible.
“That’s my giving back for this incredible, messy, joyous and love filled life,” said Cheryle. “My hopes and dreams are to continue what I’m doing – and I’m happy to be with Crye-Leike where I can do so much more in my real estate business on a much larger scale.”
