Realtor?s God Given Talents Lead Her To Help Others

COOKEVILLE, TN., – When she’s not busy showing a client property or getting a property prepared for an open house – you will likely find Realtor Victoria Seals-Carmack eagerly lending someone a helping hand or spiritual support.

“I enjoy people,” said Victoria. “My God given talent is being a caregiver and it is my passion in life. I enjoy working in ministry, teaching, training, learning, writing and nature. Nothing like being out and enjoying the wonderful world God has created for us.”

The passion that propelled Victoria into real estate sales first helped cultivate her desire to serve as a children’s pastor and work in the nursing profession. She strives to find and implement a solution to a problem quickly before it gets to big.

“My goal in real estate is to work with people and assist them in making a smooth transaction,” said Victoria. “I use my experience and people skills to help create a win-win situation for everyone involved.”

With the marketing, technology tools and free training Victoria found herself immediately attracted to join Crye-Leike Cookeville. She is always researching for new ways to market and get her properties for sale noticed – and to reach more buyers. Victoria says there’s no comparison.

“Crye-leike is ahead of the real estate market in marketing and tools,” said Victoria. “This is the main reason the company remains #1 in Tennessee and the Mid-South.”

With more ways to help people in business and her ministry, Victoria says she’s fulfilled.

“I personally enjoy being with people – it’s like finding a pot of gold at the end of a rainbow when I assist my clients with getting a house sold or purchasing a new home,” said Victoria. “What an honor to have such a great job and be making a difference in my fellow neighbors and friends lives.”
