Hot Springs Real Estate Giant Grows Bigger, Expands Services
Realtors Frank Lawrence, Kristyn Cooley, Stevie Spargo, Rick Ramick, Robin Hazard-Bishop and Jim Clopton team up to make Crye-Leike Hot Springs the best real estate office in town.

HOT SPRINGS, AR., – The top selling real estate brand in Hot Springs and across Arkansas is growing even larger. The Realtor sales team at Crye-leike Hot Springs is being joined by the former owners and associates of The Real Estate Company and the firm’s property management division – now renamed ?Crye-Leike Property Management.’

Associate Broker Stevie Spargo, the founder and principal Broker of The Real Estate Company, is thrilled with the opportunity to join forces with the larger Crye-Leike, REALTORS.

“I am excited to join with the #1 real estate company in the Mid-South and look forward to affording our clients the increased level of service they deserve,” said Spargo. “I am confident that our associates will be very impressed with the knowledge and experience available at Crye-Leike, REALTORS. I believe in the history and in the future of Hot Springs and I look forward to remaining an active part of our great city as I move forward with our new business partners. ”

Joining Spargo in the move is Realtor Kristyn Cooley – who was a co-owner in The Real Estate Company, Associate Broker Jim Clopton, Realtor Robin Hazard-Bishop and Realtor Frank Lawrence – the former Property Manager at The Real Estate Company. He will now lead the newly named ?Crye-Leike Property Management’ division based at Crye-Leike Hot Springs.

“I love real estate and I’m thrilled about this move to Crye-Leike,” said Cooley. “We are coming from a small office to a large office so that has certainly been different but I am excited about what Crye-Leike has available that I can offer my clients.”

The merger is indeed a ?win win’ for associates in both firms – as Crye-Leike Hot Springs expands its reach beyond real estate sales with the launch of a newly formed property management division.

“I am very pleased and excited to have The Real Estate Company join our firm”, said Crye-Leike Hot Springs Managing Broker Rick Ramick. “Crye-Leike Property Management is a welcome addition to our office. In the past, we received constant calls asking about rental properties that we would refer to others. Now, with the expertise of Crye-Leike Property Management and the merger with The Real Estate Company we are truly able to service the Hot Springs area”.

For Realtor and Property Manager Frank Lawrence, the chance to maintain and grow the property management business with Crye-Leike offers a tremendous opportunity.

“Real estate has been like more of a way of life for me having grown up with my father in the real estate business in Northern Arkansas,” said Lawrence. “Property management is a unique business and I have had many years experience working in the field.”

The former Real Estate Company Realtor team – now embracing the future with Crye-Leike – is active in the home and commercial sales community through their involvement with the Hot Springs Board of Realtors, Cooperative Arkansas Realtors Multiple Listing Service (MLS), Arkansas Realtors Association and National Association of Realtors.

“Along with our partners at Magna Bank, Realty Title, American Home Shield, and Crye-Leike Insurance; Crye-Leike REALTORS is the only full service Real Estate company in the state and is the obvious choice for a Buyer or a Seller,” said Ramick.
