Former Teacher & Coach Keeps Making The Grade In Real Estate

BELLA VISTA, AR., – With a three decade long career of teaching and coaching students to always be their best, it seems Bella Vista Realtor Art Brunje is taking a cue from his own lesson plan and playbook.  The Wisconsin Football Coaches and University of Wisconsin – Superior Hall of Famer is clearly eager to stay at the top of his game in real estate sales.

 

“I spent much of my life in the ?non technology’ era and not being a consistent user of the net,” said Art. “I had limited knowledge of all the net has to offer as far as a source of up to date information for both my clients and me as an agent and the vast communication possibilities available to me.”

 

So Art went back to the classroom. He enrolled in and completed the National Association of Realtors (NAR) course offering known in the industry as the e-PRO.  The course is designed to help Realtors make the most of Internet technology and to identify, evaluate and implement new internet business models.

 

“The course has made me come alive,” said Art. “It has made me look at my business goals and how I can better serve the clients I currently work with and all my future clients.”

 

As a teacher and coach for 32 years in Wisconsin schools and athletics, Art knows the value of practicing until it gets done to perfection. Since relocating to Northwest Arkansas six years ago -he has used the same approach in his real estate business to create nothing but a win-win for his clients.

 

“This course forced me to rethink my value proposition to my clients,” said Art. “As a result I’m upping my game online and plugging into more web based marketing and communities that provide vast amounts of practical real estate information – and using email in ways that keep me and my clients better connected.”

 

With roughly 90% of real estate buyers and sellers starting their real estate search online, Realtors like Art understand the business is not just hi-tech? it’s hi-touch to better assist consumers throughout the purchase or sale of a home.
