In Home Sales? It?s All About Family For Fayetteville Realtor

FAYETTEVILLE, AR., – Having successfully raised three grown children and now getting to enjoy the company of two grandchildren, Fayetteville’s Sam Hutcheson has always enjoyed a family atmosphere.  At home and in business – it’s important for him to feel at home – with both family and colleagues who support each other through good times and tough times too.

Now after more than 16 years of selling real estate, Hutcheson is changing families professionally as he has recently joined Crye-Leike, REALTORS in Northwest Arkansas.

“My decision to change companies was made for me when the company I had been with for over 14 years merged with a large franchise operation,” said Hutcheson. “I joined my previous company back when I first moved to Northwest Arkansas because it had just opened a small office that I liked – and only had two agents and the Broker. It ultimately grew to more than 50 agents.”

Hutcheson loved the family atmosphere and found the agents there friendly and helpful to one another. It was his goal after the recent merger to look for a similar situation.

“After speaking with Brokers and agents in four other offices across the region I chose Crye-Leike Fayetteville,” said Hutcheson. “My decision was aided by the fact that many agents from my former company had already joined the office. While Crye-Leike operates differently in a few areas and its taking time to adjust? I’m enjoying my fellow agents and my experiences thus far.”

Hutcheson was previously affiliated with the Johnson Office of Harris Mchaney Realtors. Prior to his current career selling real estate he enjoyed a 28-year career in the US Army.
