Middle Tennessee Realtor Embraces The Good Life And New Opportunity

COLUMBIA, TN., – With a passion for selling real estate and an ?attention to detail’ mindset, Middle Tennessee Realtor Teresa Flora finds it almost second nature to bring buyers and sellers together. She thrives on having a plan fulfilled? where everyone benefits.

That plan now has Teresa serving as Crye-Leike, REALTORS’ newly named Sales Manager at the company’s Columbia, Tennessee branch office. Like the day to day routine she enjoys on her home and farm outside Lawrenceburg – Teresa feels right at home in her new office surroundings.

“I can honestly say that given the short time with Crye-leike thus far, I have already found that little bit of home here,” said Teresa. “I can’t wait to expand my skills and knowledge of real estate here? with all my new friends.”

As its new Columbia Sales Manager – Teresa sees her role as one to ensure the needs and goals of the customer as well as the goals of the agents and staff. It can sometimes mean walking a fine line. But at the end of the day she believes if there’s a happy ending for the customer then everyone benefits.

“It’s refreshing to work for a company that puts the needs of associates right up there with the needs of buyers and sellers,” said Teresa. “The company’s business practices help fuel the local economy and have fueled many to find a home here to further their real estate career. Crye-leike is also instrumental in the growth of our communities and helping preserve a quality of life and sense of community for everyone.”

While she thrives on her professional life as a Realtor, Teresa cherishes her home life too. The Southwest Ohio native – turned southern Florida resident? absolutely loves her life on a farm between Lawrenceburg and Ethridge. She and her husband Jim raise, train, show and sell Registered Shorthorn Cattle and Spotted Saddle Horses along with the sale of farm fresh eggs.

“When I think about it I have to laugh,” said Teresa. “I would have never thought at this time in my life I would be running a farm and loving it. If you can’t find me in the office? look for me in the veggie garden, or in the kitchen cooking something, being crafty in the sewing room or away from it all trail riding. Life is truly good.”
