BRENTWOOD, TN., – Since obtaining his Tennessee real estate license in 1987, Broker David S. Cornwell, Sr. has had the pleasure of helping hundreds of families find a place to call home across Middle Tennessee.  After more than 20 years in the business he’s now looking forward to making the dream of homeownership come true as a sales associate with Crye-Leike, REALTORS in Brentwood.

 

“I’ve known Cofounder Harold Crye for several years and have always respected him personally and professionally,” said Cornwell.  “As I see it, he and Cofounder Dick Leike offer their real estate agents more tools to work with than any two or three companies combined.”

 

And Cornwell should know.  After launching his career with John M. Green’s real estate office in Franklin in 1987, his career path took him to Coldwell Banker Green Hills and eight years later he launched his own Coldwell office in Fairview. After selling his firm in 2000 Cornwell moved his real estate clientele to ReMax Elite.

 

Cornwell sees his decision to join Crye-Leike as the last and final move of his career.

 

“I wanted to make sure at this stage in my career that I went to the right company,” said Cornwell. “So I researched and talked to several companies before deciding to team up with Harold Crye in Brentwood. I am very happy about this move and I look forward to selling hundreds of homes here.”

 

It almost goes without saying that after so many years dedicated to real estate sales, Cornwell can’t imagine doing anything else. And the change to Crye-leike has truly inspired him to reach a new level of success for himself and the firm.
