North Little Rock Realtor Is Now Ready To Share The Dream

NORTH LITTLE ROCK, AR., – Inspired by her own experience buying a home with her husband eight years ago, Kerry Dare has turned a mere dream into a reality. As a newly licensed Realtor with Crye-Leike she’s eager to help other newcomers and seasoned folks as well find their way through the real estate buying experience.

“I’ve been interested in real estate ever since my husband and I bought our first home in 2002,” said Kerry. “We had a really great experience looking for and finding our first home. And since then, I continued to look at real estate and considered the career opportunity.”

Since the birth of her first baby three years ago, Kerry’s primary focus has been on being an amazing mom and homemaker. The experience she believes will definitely serve her well in her pursuit to now be an amazing Realtor too.

“I feel like I understand the needs of families with children and what they might be looking for in a house and neighborhood,” said Kerry.  “I would really love to help others find their dream home just like our agent did for us.”

Kerry brings more than just the experience of a dedicated mom and homemaker to her real estate work. For eleven years – before motherhood – she worked at Arkansas Electric Cooperative Corporation as a Planning Analyst.

“That experience at the Co-op taught me how to work with others to get a job done – which is critical to every real estate transaction,” said Kerry.  “Finding the right home is a team effort and I’m ready to join each and every client with a team effort.”

Being a part of the team at Crye-Leike, REALTORS is also a critical part of Kerry’s real estate career strategy.

“I am so excited to be working with the #1 real estate company in Arkansas,” said Kerry. “Crye-Leike has all the tools and technology to help buyers and sellers find and market properties? and the service and commitment is outstanding.”
