Realtor Lives His Passion Every Day By Helping Others

BRYANT, AR., – Realtors are often known for working at all hours of the day to accommodate their clients. The newest member of the sales team at Crye-leike Bryant considers his day-or-night availability paramount to success.

“I am available 24/7 for my clients,” said Wallace. “It’s the only way I can provide them with the best experience possible.”

Wallace perhaps may be clearly getting some of his inspiration and motivation from looking after the needs of his one year old son Cooper. He and his wife Tabitha no doubt find their lives are more 24/7 these days than they’ve ever been.

“Being a Realtor allows me to help others in a way that’s beneficial to the individual,” said Wallace. “I get to aide my clients in finding their dream home – one that seems to be built just for them.”

Wallace and his wife Tabitha live in nearby Benton with their one year old son Cooper. Just as he sees to the needs of his young son – Wallace has a passion to take care of every need for his clients. And he says he thrives in the hectic career of sales.

“The real estate market allows me to live out that passion every day by helping others,” said Wallace. “When I work with sellers I find it very satisfying to help them market their home in a way that is interesting and provides the greatest opportunity for it to be viewed by every single person searching for a home.”

Wallace recently completed a new Short Sale & Foreclosure (SFR) course offered by the National Association of Realtors (NAR). He now feels better equipped with both the tools and ?know how’ to help sellers try to avoid foreclosure and instead try and negotiate a short sale as well as help buyers pursue short sale and foreclosure opportunities.
