Broker Looks To Live Auction Services To Help Clients
MEMPHIS, TN., – He has the ability to generate sales with just the sound of his voice. And with a name that in some ways compliments his profession – Broker and Auctioneer Bill Caller, ?called back’ to his Memphis roots – is now an affiliate of Crye-Leike, REALTORS with a vision to give the company’s commercial division a new book of business and another resource to help clients achieve their goals.
“It is my intent to develop an auction marketing service with Crye-Leike Commercial,” said Caller. “It is my objective to offer our clients another avenue and option to consider for a property sale – depending on their specific needs.”
With an Auctioneer license to sell in both Tennessee and Arkansas? Caller sees a need – especially in the current real estate market – to promote and offer his services as a desirable option for motivated sellers of real estate.
“I’ve been in the Memphis commercial real estate and auction arena for more than three years since relocating back to the city,” said Caller. “Now as an Auctioneer with Crye-Leike I am able to explore many more avenues and opportunities for clients that would be much more challenging with any other firm.”
Some indicators point to 2010 as a turn-around year for both commercial and residential real estate sales and values in the Mid-South. Caller is very mindful of the need to be at the right place at the right time as the market turns.
“I am very excited and proud to be associated with Crye-Leike,” said Caller. “Trust is critical in today’s market and building a personal brand is very important but also the reputation of the firm you represent is equally important.”
From the resources to the support staff to the technology – Caller is confident his vision for an auction marketing service could only succeed with Crye-Leike.
“The best way I can describe the feeling being at Crye-Leike is that it’s like owning my own company with everything already in place for me to utilize,” said Caller. “The company is 100% dedicated to the success of its agents and provides the scope of resources to help you achieve your goals and provide clients with a high level of service and options.”
Caller says joining Crye-Leike has already opened many doors of opportunity and with the launch of his new business model he hopes the doors will continue to swing open.
