Hot Springs Realtor Looking Forward To New Year With New Company

HOT SPRINGS, AR., – ?Better Days Ahead’ seems to be the prevailing attitude among many in the real estate industry. Among those in agreement is Hot Springs Realtor Chris N. Rix.  After a year of falling home prices, record low interest rates and federal homebuyer tax credits – Rix and many in the business of selling real estate – are looking to 2010 as a turning point year for the industry.

“Anyone remotely affiliated in the real estate business has had a difficult 2009,” said Chris N. Rix, a Realtor with Crye-Leike, REALTORS. “Having been a licensed Realtor since 2005, I have now seen housing markets run hot, cold and just plain difficult.”

In 2009, Chris did his best to predict and plan. He is pleased to end the year closing 36 home sale transaction sides and volume over $5 million with many new and returning satisfied clients. 2009 was also a year for Chris to make a change in real estate companies.

“I recently transferred from ERA to the Crye-leike family,” said Chris.  “Now that I’m settled into the company’s Hot Springs office, I’m looking forward to the new year hoping to exceed my business in 2009 with more exposure for my listings and in turn more closing for my buyers and sellers.”

Since 2005, Chris N. Rix has been assisting buyers and sellers as a ?Full-Time’ Realtor primarily in Garland County.  He is a licensed Realtor in Arkansas specializing in all types of residential real estate sales: luxury, lake, condo, investment, commercial, land and first time homebuyers. He is based out of the Crye-Leike Hot Springs, Arkansas branch office located at 1420 A Central Avenue.
