BRENTWOOD, TN., – In the six years since Broker Susan Diebolt obtained her first license to buy and sell real estate – she and every other professional in the industry has seen a revolution of epic proportions in the way property is listed, looked at, bought and sold.

Motivated by the rapid changes in the market, Diebolt embarked on a journey to discover all things in real estate technology along with earning her Broker license in Alabama and Florida to go along with the Tennessee Broker license she already held.  So far Diebolt believes she’s keeping up with the technology curve as she further enhances her credentials.  As part of ongoing Broker licensing requirements she has completed three courses recently on: Professional Property Management, Inside Commercial Real Estate and Advanced Technology in Real Estate.


“I’m finding in today’s market that many people are in need of either renting their own property or prospective clients need to rent for a variety of reasons, so the Professional Property Management course has been most helpful,” said Diebolt.  “Inside Commercial Real Estate” is something of great interest to me in my business. While I concentrate predominantly on the residential side, I have had the opportunity to work with developers on commercial projects and the course has proven invaluable to me and to my clients.”


In addition to being a licensed Broker in three states, Diebolt is an Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR), Realtor Internet Marketing Professional (e-PRO) and Graduate of the REALTOR Institute (GRI).
