Crye-Leike, REALTORS Congratulates Its Diamond Circle of Excellence Award Recipients in the Greater Nashville Region for 2010

NASHVILLE, TN., – Crye-Leike, REALTORS is proud to announce the three recipients of its Diamond Circle of Excellence Award for 2010. The individuals honored with the company’s most prestigious award were recognized at the Crye-Leike Nashville Region 2010 Kick-Off Meeting held on Tuesday, January 12, 2010 at the Sheraton Music City Hotel in Nashville.

 

Jim Phillips – Affiliate Broker, St. Bethlehem/Clarksville, Tennessee Office

Phillips has ten years of service with Crye-Leike, REALTORS. He has served on the Board of Directors for the Clarksville Association of Realtors since 2009. Phillips served as Education Committee Chairperson in 2007. He has his professional real estate designation as a Certified Residential Specialist (CRS). Phillips became a Lifetime Member of the Crye-Leike Multi-Million Dollar Club in 2004.

 

Lorie Layman – Broker, Brentwood West, Tennessee Office

Layman has more than five years of service with Crye-Leike, REALTORS. She became a Lifetime Member of Crye-Leike’s Multi-Million Dollar Club in 2008. Layman served on the Sales & Marketing Board of Directors for the Home Builders Association of Middle Tennessee in 2001. She also served on the Williamson County Schools – Underprivileged Children Toy Drive Committee in 2000 and 2001. Layman has her professional real estate designations as a Certified New Home Sales Professional (CSP) and a Certified Residential Specialist (CRS).

 

Jim Heidenway – Broker, Brentwood West, Tennessee Office

Heidenway has more than 10 years of service with Crye-Leike, REALTORS. He is the Annual United Way Chairperson for Crye-Leike’s Brentwood West branch office and has served in the position every year since 2000. Heidenway has served as the Annual American Red Cross Chairperson for the company’s Brentwood West branch since 2003 where he organized numerous office blood drives encouraging agents and the community to give the gift of life. He was the Annual Youth Villages Chairperson for the office from 2001-2004. Heidenway has his professional real estate designations as a Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR), Certified Builder Specialist (CBS) and Graduate Realtor Institute (GRI). He became a Lifetime Member of Crye-Leike, REALTORS Multi-Million Dollar Club in 2007.
