Olive Branch Realtor Concentrates On Continuing His Education To Better Assist Clients

OLIVE BRANCH, MS., – After assisting real estate buyers and sellers for the past eight years, Olive Branch Realtor Chris Peaks has learned the importance of keeping his education of the market current and up-to-date.


In order to help his clients make smart decisions, Chris recently completed training to earn his professional real estate designation as a Certified Residential Specialist (CRS).


“With the challenges buyers and sellers face in the market today, it is very important for Realtors to continue their education and be knowledgeable about everything happening in the current market,” said Crye-Leike Realtor Chris Peaks. “With CRS training, agents learn about potential pitfalls and opportunities that can be identified up front making the home buying or selling experience a success.”


Chris joins a select few realtors with the CRS credential. The CRS designation gives buyers and sellers who work with Chris the confidence to know they are working with a professional who subscribes to a strict realtor code of ethics, has access to the latest technology and specializes in helping clients maximize profits and minimize costs when buying or selling a home.


To obtain the CRS designation, Chris successfully completed advanced courses and demonstrated personal expertise in the field of residential real estate. Less than four percent of Realtors nationwide have earned the CRS designation and every Realtor who earns the title must have a significant mix of education, experience, and number of real estate transactions.


“The educational courses required in earning the CRS designation taught me how to effectively represent buyers and sellers in every aspect of the real estate transaction,” said Chris. “It is my responsibility as a Realtor to have as much knowledge as possible to share with my clients so they can make the decisions that’s best for them.”


Chris strives to keep learning and keep current on what’s happening in the local real estate market. In addition to being a Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), Chris is as an Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR), a Certified Relocation Associate (CRA), a Certified Premier Property Specialist (CPPS) and Graduate REALTORS Institute (GRI).
