Memphis Realtor Focuses On Continuing Education To Help Clients Make Smart Decisions

COLLIERVILLE, TN., – After working with real estate buyers and sellers for the last six years, Collierville Realtor JoAnn Hughes knows the importance of keeping her education and knowledge of the market up-to-date.

“It’s important in today’s market that we as agents continue our education and earn designations in order to help our clients navigate through this challenging housing market,” said Crye-Leike Realtor JoAnn Hughes. “It is our responsibility to have as much knowledge as possible to share with our clients so they can make the decisions that’s best for them.”

In order to better assist her clients, JoAnn completed training to earn her professional real estate designation as a Certified Residential Specialist (CRS).

“In my opinion, the CRS designation is the premier designation for a realtor due to the continuing education and extensive experience working with buyers and sellers that is required to obtain the designation,” said JoAnn. “Realtors with the CRS designation are experts in their field. Less than 4 percent of all licensed Realtors? are Certified Residential Specialists, and I’m excited to join their ranks!”

To obtain the CRS designation, JoAnn successfully completed advanced courses and demonstrated personal expertise in the field of residential real estate.

JoAnn joins a select few realtors with the CRS credential. The CRS designation gives buyers and sellers who work with JoAnn the confidence to know they are working with a professional who subscribes to a strict realtor code of ethics, has access to the latest technology and specializes in helping clients maximize profits and minimize costs when buying or selling a home.

“The educational courses have taught me how to effectively represent buyers and sellers in every aspect of the real estate transaction,” said JoAnn. “Earning designations like the CRS combined with being involved in several local and national realtor associations and keeping current on what is happening in our local market helps me be more qualified to meet all my clients’ needs.”
