Middle Tennessee Realtor Focuses On Continuing Education To Better Assist Clients

FRANKLIN, TN., – After working with real estate buyers and sellers for the last three years, Franklin Realtor Scott Kelley knows the importance of keeping his education and knowledge of the market up-to-date.

“It’s important in today’s market that we as agents continue our education and earn designations in order to help our clients navigate through this challenging housing market,” said Crye-Leike Realtor Scott Kelley. “It is our responsibility to have as much knowledge as possible to share with our clients so they can make the decisions that’s best for them.”

In order to better assist his clients, Scott completed training to earn his professional real estate designation as an Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR). The designation is awarded to agents who meet the specified educational and practical experience criteria.

To obtain the ABR designation Scott successfully completed a comprehensive course in buyer representation and an elective course focusing on a buyer representation specialty.

“These courses provide the comprehensive knowledge and understanding of how to best represent the buyer in real estate transactions,” said Scott. “Earning designations like the ABR combined with being involved in local realtor associations and keeping current on what is happening in our local market helps me be more qualified to meet all my clients’ needs.”

Scott is a licensed Realtor in Tennessee assisting buyers and sellers in and around Williamson, Davidson, Maury and Rutherford counties. He specializes in all types of residential real estate focusing on relocation, first-time buyers and buyers who haven’t bought property in a few years.

“I really enjoy working with clients that are relocating,” said Scott. “I have relocated several times to unfamiliar areas and knowing the difficulties in doing so gives me the edge in helping clients new to Middle Tennessee.”

Scott is a member of the Williamson County Association of Realtors, the Tennessee Association of Realtors, and the National Association of Realtors.

“I pride myself in being a focused Realtor,” said Scott. “My clients receive the attention that they expect and deserve before, during, and after the transaction. Being part of Crye-Leike, REALTORS, my clients feel confident knowing that they are working with the number one real estate company in Middle Tennessee.”

Realtor Scott Kelley is based out of Crye-Leike, REALTORS Franklin, Tennessee branch office located at 206A Cool Springs Boulevard.
