Crye-Leike Realtors In Spring Hill, Tennessee Invite Anxious Buyers To A Free Educational Housing Seminar Before Tax Credit Expires On November 30th

SPRING HILL, TN., – The clock is ticking down on the government’s $8,000 tax credit for first-time homebuyers as the credit expires November 30. First-time homebuyers and anyone who hasn’t owned a home in three years have less than 90 days to search for and close on a home before the opportunity to receive the $8,000 credit ends.

Crye-Leike, Realtors in Spring Hill invite the public to attend a FREE educational homebuyer’s seminar and find out why now is the best time to purchase a home.

“We would like to extend an invitation to anyone who is even considering buying a home right now,” said Crye-Leike Spring Hill Managing Broker Kristin Pendergraft. “With the $8,000 tax credit for first-time buyers, with interest rates still at a historical low and with a good selection of homes on the market to choose from, now is a great time for anyone to purchase a home and stop throwing money away on rent.”

The seminar will educate buyers on several important home buying topics including: how and where to start looking for a home, how to receive the $8,000 tax credit, how to get pre-approved for a home loan, the type of mortgages available, and how to improve your credit score. Magna Bank Loan Specialist Justin Frizzell will be at the seminar answering buyers’ financial questions and helping them get pre-approved for a home loan.

“We don’t want anyone who qualifies for the tax credit to miss out on their chance to receive $8,000 simply for buying a home,” said Frizzell. “Anyone serious about finding a home and getting the money should take action now. The tax credit expires November 30th and due to the time it’s currently taking for loans to be approved, buyers should get the process started as soon as possible in order to meet the deadline and receive the money.”

Potential buyers are encouraged to come ask questions and learn about the entire home buying process from searching for a home and making an offer to signing papers at the closing table.

“The sooner you can come to one of our seminars, the sooner you can be in your new home and start investing in your future,” said Pendergraft. “We want to educate buyers on how they can take advantage of the rare opportunity to receive $8,000 for purchasing a home and make sure everyone in the community knows the tax credit is not only for first-time buyers but also for anyone who hasn’t owned a home in three years.”

Sellers can also find out about what things they can do to help sell their homes quicker in this current buyers market. Prospective sellers can hear what’s happening in their local housing market instead of all the gloom and doom they hear in national media reports.

The seminar will be held at Crye-Leike, REALTORS Spring Hill Branch Office located at 5407 Main Street every Thursday evening in September. The seminars will begin at 6:00pm and last around one hour with plenty of time for questions to be answered and refreshments to be served.
