Crye-Leike, REALTORS Welcomes Experienced Realtor Margaret Latham To The Company’s Hendersonville, Tennessee Branch Office
HENDERSONVILLE, TN., – Crye-Leike, REALTORS is pleased to welcome Experienced Realtor Margaret Latham to the company’s Hendersonville, Tennessee branch office located at 383 Johnny Cash Parkway.
Before joining Crye-Leike, Margaret worked as a Realtor with another agency for three years. She has been an investor of real estate for 25 years.
“I am excited to be joining a company that has so much to offer their agents,” said Margaret. “Crye-Leike does everything possible to help their agents be successful. I wanted to work for a nationally recognized company and realized Crye-Leike is a well known and respected company which is a tremendous asset in the marketing of properties.”
Since 2006, Margaret has been a licensed Realtor in Tennessee assisting buyers and sellers in and around Sumner, Wilson, Macon, Davidson and Montgomery Counties. She specializes in residential real estate focusing on first-time buyers, investment properties, and commercial properties. Margaret is a member of the Sumner Association of Realtors and the National Association of Realtors (NAR).
“I enjoy working with people and working to help people sell their homes, said Margaret. “I work with all of my clients to do what we can to increase their home’s appeal and value. Curb appeal is so important in showing a home because sometimes buyers will not even go inside of a house that doesn’t look good from the outside.”
Prior to her work in residential real estate sales, Margaret was the owner and manager of Latham’s BP Market at 157 Main Street in Hendersonville. In addition to her career as a professional Realtor, Margaret currently owns and operates Latham’s Lighthouse Events Center located at 133 Sanders Ferry Road in Hendersonville.
Margaret lives in Hendersonville and has been an active part of the community for many years. She was a board member of the Hendersonville Chamber of Commerce from 1983-1988 and an Alderwoman for the City of Hendersonville from 1998-2002 also serving as a Planning Commissioner. Margaret also served as a Charter Member of Crime Stoppers of Sumner County and served on the Regional Transportation Board in 1999. She has been involved with the American Cancer Society and is currently serving on the Industrial Development Board.
“I always enjoy working with first-time buyers but right now is an especially exciting time for them,” said Margaret. “Right now, I’m focusing on helping first-time buyers take advantage of the $8,000 tax credit that is available to them until November 30th. I want to help them take advantage of this rare opportunity and find a home that fits their budget so they don’t end up losing it as so many have done.”
