MEMPHIS, TN., – Crye-Leike, REALTORS is pleased to welcome Realtor Mike Parker to Crye-Leike Downtown – the company’s newly opened full service real estate and leasing sales center in the heart of Memphis.
Mike – a former associate of the Henry Turley Company – is now based out of the Crye-Leike Downtown office located at 8 South Third Street in Downtown Memphis.
“My introduction to Crye-Leike has been a great experience,” said Mike. “Crye-Leike’s General Manager in the MidSouth Region – Steve Brown – helped us through the process completely. He discussed our team’s needs as agents and how we could best service our clients who are mostly located in Downtown Memphis.”
Mike made the move to Crye-Leike with another former Henry Turley associate and his business partner Jason Durston. Together – as the “Get Sold Memphis Team” they brought with them to Crye-Leike more than $14-million in available real estate listings for sale or lease.
“We realized we had to be downtown to do the job right,” said Mike. “We’ve joined Crye-Leike Broker Jerry Schile who has been running the company’s Property Management office at the South Third location. This has given us the opportunity to work in a great office space – and close to our clients who are buyers, sellers, individuals and developers.”
For Mike, one of the best parts – he can walk to more than half of the real estate property and developments that he has for sale or lease downtown.
“We came here to experience the things we had heard about,” said Mike. “The technology, the marketing and most of all the people. The agents and staff have been very instrumental in making us feel at home and have helped us get a solid start.”
Mike is a licensed Realtor in Tennessee assisting buyers and sellers primarily in and around Shelby County. He specializes in all types of residential real estate sales and leasing, with a focus on home and condos in Downtown and Midtown Memphis. Mike is an Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR), Graduate, REALTOR Institute (GRI) and is an active member of the National Association of Realtors (NAR) and Memphis Area Association of Realtors (MAAR) in which he is honored as a Multi Million Dollar Club Lifetime Member.
