Realtor Jason Durston Joins Crye-Leike, REALTORS – Downtown Memphis

MEMPHIS, TN., – Crye-Leike, REALTORS is pleased to welcome Realtor Jason Durston to the company’s new Downtown Memphis real estate sales and leasing center.  The ten-year real estate sales veteran comes to Crye-Leike from the Henry Turley Realtors Company – where for the past four and a half years his focus has been on downtown residential, new construction, condo and townhome sales.


“When the chance came to realign myself in the Memphis real estate market the first question I asked myself was – what brokerage firm in Memphis has the reputation and name brand that I want to be affiliated with – that can enhance and grow my business while representing my clients to the fullest,” said Jason.  “After much research and discussion – Crye-Leike was the clear answer for me and my clients.  I now look forward to starting my career at Crye-Leike and welcome the opportunity to increase my services.”


Jason brings with him to Crye-Leike more than $14-million in real estate listing inventory along with business partner Mike Parker as the Get Sold Memphis Team.  As an experienced Realtor, who has previously worked as a top chef in several four and five star restaurants in New York City and Chicago, Jason looks forward to expanding his business with Crye-Leike Downtown, while remaining focused on providing the best in client services.

Jason is a licensed Realtor in Tennessee assisting buyers and sellers in and around Shelby County.  He specializes in residential real estate sales with a focus on new construction and development, condos, townhomes and single family.


“In addition to new development sales I represent all types of clients in many different kinds of real estate transactions,” said Jason.  “From first-time homebuyers, Grammy Award winning artists, professional athletes and CEO level executives – my client experience is extremely diverse.”


Jason is an Eco-Broker – one of only six in Memphis.  He is a member of the Memphis Association of Realtors (MAAR), Tennessee Association of Realtors (TAR) and National Association of Realtors (NAR).  Since 2006 he has made the MAAR Multi Million Dollar Club (MMDC).  Jason is currently running for election to the MAAR MMDC 3rd Year Director position.


As a member of the Chicago Association of Realtors (CAR) Jason was a Top 1% Realtor from 2000 – 2004, Silver Eagle Award winner for sales exceeding $17-million and recipient of the Bonze Eagle Award for annual sales exceeding 86 homes sold in a calendar year.  Century 21 Real Estate has honored him with the National Masters Diamond Award and Prudential Real Estate named him to the “Leading Edge Society.”


Jason lives in Memphis with his wife Kim and children Sophia (6) and Hudson (1).  He’s an avid golfer with a nine handicap and enjoys gourmet cooking.  When he’s not assisting clients Jason is spending time with his family who enjoy exercising, swimming and playing in the park with their Yellow Labrador Retriever Sammy.
