Crye-Leike, REALTORS Has Named Cindy Lockhart The New Branch Manager For The Company?s Green Hills Office In Nashville, Tennessee

NASHVILLE, TN., – Crye-Leike, REALTORS is pleased to announce the selection of Cindy Lockhart as the new Branch Manager of the company’s Green Hills office in Nashville, Tennessee.  She will oversee day-to-day management and operations of the branch and sales team located at 3815 Cleghorn Avenue in Nashville, Tennessee.

Cindy’s focus is to build on the strength of the company’s brand and reputation in Green Hills.  She will also provide leadership and motivation to a successful team of sales associates – and work to attract and recruit new and experienced Realtors.

“I am looking forward to the change of pace, the challenge of today’s market and I am excited about all the technology and team work at Crye-Leike,” said Cindy.  “I feel like I joined a big family and everyone is here to help me! I can’t believe the communication and support I have already received.”

Cindy is geared-up to take charge of the Green Hills Office.

“I would describe my style as super friendly and high energy,” said Cindy.  “Combined with the fabulous agents in this Green Hills office – we are together going to create a stir.”

Prior to joining Crye-Leike, Cindy was an Affiliate Broker with Fridrich and Clark Realty in Nashville. She had been with the firm for ten years.  Cindy was first licensed as a Realtor in Tennessee in 1984 and realizes in this market – unlike any that she has experienced over the years – it comes down to the basics of helping buyers and sellers.

“Real Estate is a service based industry that revolves around building trust, respect and professional relationships with everyone we serve,” said Cindy.  “As long as we realize we are working for the buyer’s and sellers and providing them services then we do not loose our perspective and goals.”

Cindy assists buyers and sellers, primarily in and around Davidson and Williamson counties.  She specializes in all types of residential real sales with a focus on first-time homebuyers, upscale, new construction, horse property, investment property and resales. Cindy’s real estate background and life experience is sure to offer agents plenty of supportive assistance and on the job training when they need it – especially agents who either don’t know or who have forgotten how to sell real estate in a slow market.

“A lot of the newer agents and even the more seasoned agents have forgotten that real estate runs in cycles,” said Cindy.  “We got spoiled with a seller’s market over the last several years. Staying positive is vital to survival.”

Cindy is a member of the Greater Nashville Association of Realtors (GNAR), Tennessee Association of Realtors (TAR), National Association of Realtors (NAR), and Women’s Council of Realtors (WCR).  With GNAR she is a Lifetime Member of the Awards of Excellence, serves on the RPAC Committee and has received the Million Dollar Sales Club Award every year since 1994.

“Most of my business comes from past clients and referrals,” said Cindy.  “Now that we’re in a more complicated market – we need to provide exceptional services to compete with the current set of circumstances. Answering the phone, being available and constant follow-up is crucial.”

Cindy has lived in Nashville since 1979.  She and her husband currently reside in Bellevue. Cindy has two grown children and two grandchildren.  Her daughter Jessica attends DePaul University in Chicago while son Chris is sitting for his CPA this year and works for Ernst & Young in Minneapolis. Chris and his wife Sarah just had their second child.

When she is not busy with clients or spending quality time with her husband, children and grandchildren, Cindy finds personal enjoyment with her three horses, several dogs, fishing and a regular fitness routine and work-outs at the YMCA.  She is also active in numerous local charities and is a member of Bellevue Community Church.

“My goal is to establish life long relationships with folks and create clients for life,” said Cindy.  “I am committed to those goals and enjoy being of service to people instead of just being a sales person.”
