Crye-Leike, REALTORS Hendersonville Based Agent Julie Gant Earns Her Accredited Buyer Representative Designation

HENDERSONVILLE, TN., – Crye-Leike, REALTORS congratulates Agent Julie Gant on earning her Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR) designation. She is a licensed Realtor in Tennessee assisting buyers and sellers in and around Sumner, Robertson, Davidson and Wilson counties. Julie is based out of the company’s Hendersonville, Tennessee branch office located at 383 Johnny Cash Parkway.

“My goal is ensuring the home buying process is a positive experience for my clients and offering them the kind of service and expertise that encourages them to refer their friends and family,” said Julie.  “No matter the state of the economy – there is always opportunity for buyers and sellers in every real estate sales transaction.”

The ABR designation is awarded to real estate agents who meet specified educational and practical experience criteria.  Julie joins more than 32-thousand Realtors in North America who have earned this designation.  Of the 569 active members of the Sumner Association of Realtors, she is one of the 82 Realtors who have completed the “comprehensive course” in buyer representation and an elective course focusing on a buyer representation specialty offered through the Real Estate Buyer’s Agent Council (REBAC) of the National Association of REALTORS (NAR).

“These courses provide the comprehensive knowledge and understanding of how to best represent the buyer in real estate transactions,” said Julie.  “This is a great time for first-time homebuyers, homeowners wanting to move up and investors. With low interest rates, the $8,000 first-time homebuyer tax incentive and the inventory of homes currently on the market – it doesn’t get much better than this.”

Julie specializes in all types of residential real estate sales with a focus on first-time homebuyers.  She is a member of the Sumner Association of Realtors (SAR), Tennessee Association of Realtors (TAR) and National Association of Realtors (NAR).  In 2008 Julie served on the SAR Service Committee.

Julie lives in Hendersonville, Tennessee and prior to her career in real estate with Crye-Leike she ran the In-School Suspension Program at Hawkins Middle School for the Sumner County Board of Education.

“For the past 15 years my family has proudly made Hendersonville our home,” said Julie.  “As the warm weather an approach you can find us boating on Old Hickory Lake and enjoying the best that Hendersonville has to offer.”
